Beyond Boundaries Maryland and Catholic Charities of Baltimore are hosting the 41st annual social ministry convocation, titled “Who is my Neighbor: Confronting a Culture of Fear.”

Keynote Address:
Ansel Augustine, D. Min. Former director of the Office of Black Catholic Ministries for the Archdiocese of New Orleans, faculty member of the Institute for Black Catholic Studies at Xavier University of Louisiana.
